Only place a request if you find my Terms of Service acceptable. ✦General Disclaimers✦ I (aeryliciouss) reserve the right to refuse and/or discontinue any commission for any reason.✦ All works commissioned are for Personal use only and are not to be used for profit. Please reach out to me through Email for works that will be used for Commercial purposes (whether through Content and/or Merchandising) as there will be additional fees for commercial rights.⤷ Personal use refers to usage of my work for promotional purposes without direct monetization, including posting on social media: bios, profiles, summaries, character sheets/descriptions and posts; print and display in personal spaces, or as part of non-monetized content on websites or channels.⤷ Commercial Content use refers to usage of my work for creating and distributing commercial and monetized digital content. This includes usage of written scripts in videos, live-streaming, visual novels, etc.⤷ Commercial Merchandising use refers to usage of my work for creating and distributing commercial and monetized digital and/or physical content after value-adds.✦ Usage of my works for AI (Artificial Intelligence) and ML (Machine Learning) tools, as well as the training of AI and ML tools is strictly prohibited.Payments and Fees✦ All payments under 110 USD will be made upfront before I begin working on your request. I accept payment plans (50% upfront, 50% before final delivery) for payments exceeding 110 USD.✦ Payment can be done through PayPal or via VGen payments, whichever is preferred.✦ I do NOT accept rush orders to ensure I am able to deliver the best quality of work for all clients. Hence, I do not offer rush fees.✦ Additional revisions above the set amount of free revisions given at each stage will be charged. Please refer to the "Workflow" and "Pricing" sections for further details.✦ Extremely complex requests will be charged accordingly. Please refer to the "Pricing" section to refer to my base prices.Client Obligations and Etiquette✦ Please be respectful and professional! The client's initial conduct greatly reflects upon how we progress moving forward, and I would love to maintain a good relationship with all my clients when working with them.✦ Please respond in a timely manner. As the progress of written works often require the client's approval and direction, please respond to discussions, check-ins and read-throughs within a reasonable time frame to ensure I deliver works that are up to your (the client's) expectations!✦ Please provide ample references for the purpose of your (the client's) commission. References that clients may provide me with include but are not limited to: reference sheets, relevant artwork, moodboards, specific lines/dialogue, lines of poetry/lyrics, specific words, etc. Anything that can help steer me in the client's desired vision is greatly welcome!✦ Please read in full and in detail, the Terms of Service before submitting a request. I will assume that you (the client) has read through and accepted the Terms of Service when you submit a request. Any violations against the Terms of Service will result in my refusing your request/discontinuing of your commission, regardless of which stage it is at.Process and Work Schedule✦ Please refer to my "Workflow" section for details on the process in which your (the client's) commission will be completed.✦ A general, estimated deadline will be given depending on the length of the requested piece, taking into account word count, time required for prior research, any other applicable factors.✦ I will do my best to complete your (the client's) piece within the discussed timeframe. However, I ask for your understanding as I am a full-time student and will have periods of time where I will have slowed progress/no progress at all. In regards to this, I thank you for your patience and understanding.✦ In case of any life events that may hinder my progress on your (the client's) commission, I will inform you of such delays as soon as possible.✦ Check-ins and final read-throughs will be sent to clients through a means of communication of your (the client's) choice from the options I offer. I am reachable via Email, Discord, VGen DMS, Instagram, or Twitter. For smoother communication, I strongly recommend Email, Discord and VGen DMS to avoid any technical issues.Revisions✦ Please refer to my "Pricing" and "Workflow" sections for details on how additional revisions will be charged, and how many free revisions of each type will be allowed per stage.✦ All technical revisions including spelling errors, grammatical errors and typos are completely free of charge at all stages.✦ All revisions due to an error on my part are free of charge.✦ Unlimited revisions are allowed during the Outlining/Planning Stage (Stage 2).✦ 3 small revisions and 2 medium revisions can be done free of charge for each Check-in Stage (Stage 3). Any revisions past this amount will be charged accordingly.✦ 3 small revisions can be done free of charge during the Final Read-through Stage (Stage 4). Any revisions past this amount will be charged accordingly.✦ Any big revisions and major plot changes/revisions will be charged accordingly after the Outlining/Planning Stage (Stage 2).✦ I have listed a few examples of what small, medium, big, and major plot revisions entail, but I reserve the right to decide what constitutes as small, medium, big and major plot revisions are, depending on the commission.Copyrights and Usage Policy✦ I (aeryliciouss) reserve full rights to all commissioned works.✦ Any characters portrayed in commissioned works remains copyrighted to their rightful owners.✦ I (aeryliciouss) am allowed to post my works on social media unless requested otherwise. I am also allowed to include my works in my portfolio.✦ Please give me proper credit (tagging and/or linking back to me) when sharing and using commissioned work. This applies to both Personal AND Commercial licenses.Refunds and Cancellation Policy✦ Full refunds will only be given BEFORE the Outlining/Planning Stage, or when I have JUST begun the outline of your (the client's) request.✦ 90% of the full price will be refunded in the event that a cancellation is requested after I have done 25% of the outline for your (the client's) request. This can be applied to any form of progress up to the full completion of the outline of the commissioned piece.✦ Cancellations after the outline is completed will be refunded according to my rates. For example:A client requests to cancel their commission after I have written a total of 500 words (standardly equivalent to 10 USD) on a commissioned piece of 1,000 words (standardly equivalent to 20 USD). The refund that will be issued will be 50% of the total price, which is 10 USD, since I have already written 50% of the piece.✦ Full refunds AFTER clients' explicit approval of progress made during ANY check-ins are not allowed. Partial refunds are subject to the circumstances, fully at my discretion.✦ Full or partial refunds AFTER the Final Read-through Stage are not allowed.✦ Full refunds after the complete piece is delivered are not allowed.✦ I reserve the right to cancel your commission and issue the corresponding refund for any reason at any time.
